Relaxation

Relaxation class is a great way to learn how to relax and deal with everyday stress effectively. This class is suitable for those who practice yoga and complete beginners.
Topics included in this Relaxation course include understanding stress; reducing stress at work, stress relieving techniques, breathing techniques, stretching exercises, nutritional information.
Harmony Yoga Ireland believes that stress is preventable. Learning techniques that relieve stress will also help to counteract the effects of stress in the future. In this class the emphasis is on improving health and energy levels in the body and calmness and clarity in the mind.
Clients learn techniques for use during work, at home, while at leisure as well as sitting relaxation techniques.
No classes are scheduled until Autumn 2005.
