Pregnancy Yoga Classes Pregnancy Yoga Yoga is a wonderful way to relax during pregnancy. Learn Posture alignment Pregnancy Yoga is suitable for women in all stages, who may exercise during pregnancy. The class involves "opening" and posture work for easier movement in pregnancy, stretches and gentle aerobic and anaerobic exercises. There are pelvic floor exercises, breathing and vocalisation. Stress reduction is discussed and mothers are shown labour positions. The class ends with relaxation. The classes are suitable for mid pregnancy and late pregnancy (15 weeks onwards).
